My Name is Arran I am a Student Nurse studying Mental Health Nursing in Dundee. I
am due to finish in September and start as a nurse. When I am not working long 12
hour shifts on placement or writing my dissertation this takes up my time (and my
wages). It’s my short wheelbase 1962 Volksrod mk3 shell Beach Buggy. Completely correctly
registered as a VW Beach Buggy. Good luck trying to find that on the V5. Many buggies
are not registered correctly and retain beetle on the documents.
Purchased in 2012
as a restoration project it’s been a labour of love. Hit the road in 2015 and as
been to many UK and International Buggy Events since restoration. Furthest travelled
to Osnabruk in Germany for International Buggy Weekend 2017 where it won furthest
travelled.

Plans were to travel to Lands End this year as part of the “Swanage Carnival” in
July to get a picture at all 4 corners of the UK mainland.
