There are three options for trading at Volksfling, these are as follows:
Outdoor trading - each plot is 5 metres wide x 5 metres deep with the option to camp behind your plot if required. These plots are £100 and include 2 x Adult weekend camping passes. If you require more than 5 metres of trade frontage you can purchase additional 5 metres widths at a cost of £45 per additional 5 metres for one trader. Please note, the additional plots do not include extra weekend passes. If additional passes are required then these must be purchased separately.
Marquee trading - each plot is one supplied 6ft wooden table in our main marquee. These are £60 per table for the weekend and include day access passes for up to two people. If you are camping at Volksfling and have weekend passes then the tables are available at £50 per table for the weekend.
Food trading - each food trade plot is £250 for the weekend. Each food trader must supply 10 meal vouchers for use by staff and show volunteers to exchange for a meal over the course of the weekend.
Please note, for any trader without insurance, there will be an additional charge of £20 for the weekend so that we can add you onto our event cover insurance.
